Next week is National Vegetarian Week! We have numerous customers who have discovered the benefits of choosing a meat free diet, and have experienced its positive life altering effects. Natural energy, lower cholesterol, and overall mental clarity are a few of the immediate rewards.
The Liquid Amino Diet is not only a weight loss aid but it is also an opportunity to change your outlook on food. One of the great things about LAD is that it is Vegetarian Friendly! Each meal on the program consists of lean proteins, fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and even some carbs. How Weight Affects Our Vitality
Have you ever noticed that the more weight you gain, the more exhausted you feel? It doesn’t matter when you go to sleep, you always wake up feeling tired. The smallest of chores drains the energy right out of you. Coffee, vitamins and energy boosters never seem to work. It’s like you’re walking around in a haze.
